The ballot results for The Premiere were out this week. Well well, regardless of whether it was expected or unexpected, the outcome remained that we were unsuccessful in our bid. Didn't even make it to the waiting list of applicants. Muahaha. I still thought we stood a good chance cos' of the first-time applicants priority and stay near parents priority. It's okie. I always believe that everything in life happens for a reason, and if it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be. Maybe something better will come along soon. =)
Well, that means I don't need to get married in 2008 yet and you have no Junwei+Shuang's wedding to attend yet!! Keke. Perhaps we'll settle for a resale flat somewhere in Tampines afterall. If so, that'll be when jw comes back from Sweden in Apr 2008. That sounds faraway...
Talking about jw, he went to the hospital to stitch up a serious gash on his left eyelid yesterday. Fwahhh. So suey. Got injured in a rugby game and ended up with a swollen eye (really huge after doc injected the antiseptic!~) and exhausted body cos' of the waiting at the hospital. Ke lian. He looks real funny with the bandage, and evil me actually took a pic of him for memorance sake, but I'm not gg to post it here in case I get whacked. ;p
Too bad I can't share the pain. Sure hope it recovers soon and dun leave a scar ok.. Not that I would mind.. Hehe..
