Moo-ees & Rockies.. =)

Pretty pretty sky!!

We saw alot of our friends along the way. Keke. Yeah yeah. Moo-ees are our friends!! Because we always say hi to them when we pass by them, and sometimes they will look back at us and nod at us. Waha. Here's one moo-ey that we got really close to. They seem to enjoy their lives, grazing grass, lying around, strolling around everyday.

Hoho. Jw greeting the moo-ees. Sometimes they are too busy to look at us, but sometimes when they turn around, even if it's just one of them, it makes us excited. Haha. Cheap thrill. =) but fun!!

Jw said I'd better put on the gloves becos' we were going to climb uphill and it was going to be shivering cold. Keke. Lalala. With the gloves, I felt ready for anything!! =) Wo lai le!!

Having a small read on the background of the rockies before we climbed up. Well. Apparently the rocks were weathered over the past hundreds of years before they eventually got their shape. Said to resemble a ship, and whether it was used as a burial ground during the war, well, it remains unknown.

There were quite alot of other tourists too along the way. We even saw some Chinese too, and jw was sure they were either Singaporeans or Malaysian because they said something like "(this picture) I take one.." Hehe.

Wooo. Jw told me he saw a two-headed cow. And i was looking around for it. Oh well. Guess he meant this. Haha.

So many so many cows on the hill!! Hmmm. I guess once they came up, they never did go down again. =) Anyway they had tags on their ears, so I guess they belonged somewhere.

Hoho. My first ever pic taken with so many moo-ees. They were quite tame though, so long as you do not irritate them.

Right. Time to play with some visual tricks and see how successful we are. Wahaha. I told junwei I wanna 'kick' the cow. And yeah, here's my shot.

There, the rock formation. I don't really know how to appreciate rocks, but still, it felt nice to be there beside them. Probably becos' it was jw who brought me here. So well, I guessed we should take some pics with rockies!

Wow. But before rockies come into the pic, look at how tall we grew!! Waha. Somehow, shadow shots are nice. =) Blurry, sweet, illusive.

Hooray! Waha. My rabbit had a sharp mouth while jw's one was rounded. Waha. Hmm. Question of the day: what is rabbit called in japanese? Hee. It's Usagi. =p Dear, you got it right?

Jw said the moo-ey had a nice backview. So I decided to capture it. Waha. All I could tell was that it was female. Haha.

Lalala. Bye moo-ees and rockies. Next, we set off to Malmő! Which is the 3rd largest town in Sweden. Hee. My first visit!

Love the sun. And sad that I will be seeing so little of it in winter time. Sob sob. The sun symbolizes life and energy and radiance!!

Saigon beer during dinner. Hehe. Yeah yeah, I tot jw was sick, but well, he still drank beer often. Yi du gong du? hmmm.

Having my first Vietnamese meal. Jw said you don't get to eat this in the town we were staying. So well, let's cherish the opportunity in Malmő. Keke.

Well, he also brought me to the casino! Hehe. My first visit. First visits always brings good luck. So yeahhhh, I won!! 1205kronos, which is around S$250? I love Carribean Stub and Three-card poker!

Hmmm. Sounds like i love to gamble. Hmmm. No no no. Not a gambling addict, but just like to beeeeee cards and like the feeling of playing cards. Waha. Even if I win 1kr, I'll still be very happy. =) If lose, hmmm, then lose lor. Next time try again. Wahaha. Bu si jing shen!!!

The Äpple Festival..

We went on a just-the-two-of-us road trip yesterday!! Yippie yeahhh!! Finally, after 1.5 months, we get to go on a road trip.. waha.. I don't really mind where we go, as long as we do go somewhere.. together.. =p

So, upon hearing from his colleagues that there is an apple festival in Kivik, a village in Scania, we set off in the morning on Saturday and went forth in search of APPLES.. Armed with a map printed from google, a bottle of water, titbits, sweets, it really felt adventurous to me and seemed like it was going to be a long and fun trip.. =)

After approximately 1 hour, we finally reached the town. But well, who said there are no traffic jams here? Haha. Check out the long stretch of cars. It sure was crowded today!!

Green and red, big and small, sweet and not-so-sweet, all kinds of apples were here!! Guess why the apples were arranged like that?

Well, there were not 1000, not 10,000, but 35,000 of them!! =)

All put together to form this gigantic piece of art! Fwah. Well, apple is always referred to as the forbidden fruit, right? =p

Jw said he loves this type of dog. So well, I took a pic of it to remember. Hehe. Big white and browish dog with nice fur. =)

I like to watch the dogs playing in the sea. Dunno why. Just feels peaceful and nice. =) I bet the dogs love summer too. (eh, not me, but the season)

Hoho. There's actually a drink called Da Vinci here. Hmmm. I really wonder what is it. Was it becos' they used apple as one of the code breakers in Da Vinci Code? Hmmm.

Having our lunch in Kivik. Yummy roasted pork with apple cidar.

I had chicken instead. Hee. But ended up the pork was nicer ley. Haha. Aiyohh. The apple cidar was nice though. =)

Apples in an apple. We came into this room whereby they had alot of apple drawings on display. Probably these were pictures of the art pieces from past years.

The tang-san-zang wanna be. Haha. This was funny. =) Doesn't he mind that people were laffing at us? haha. I guess he doesn't. Which is partly why I like him. Wahaha. =p

All real apples! Fwah. Really can't imagine how many apples were used up in this festival. Uncountable.

Wooo. We bought these to apples to munch on. Becos I saw some people eating the choc one and was determined to try. Jw bought the sugar coated one, which was a bad choice, because the sugar was simply too hard and sticky for us to bite into. Waha. Ended up he ate some of my choc apple. Well well. I ate his pork during lunch juz now too. So, ermmm, we complement each other? hmmm.

Neh. These ain't real apples. They are magnets, which jw brought 3 to add to his collection of magnets on the fridge. Keke.

All in all, it was a short but fun time that we spent in Kivik. And quite an eye opener becos' I've never heard of an apple festival, much less see soooooo many apples gathered together. Keke.
