Oh my goshhh.. Sat nite's KTV was so much fun!!~ Huimin and I just kept singing Fei Lun Hai's songs + Tank's songs + S.H.E.'s songs.. wahaha.. U see where's the link right.. Yeah it's Hana Kimi!!
I must say me and huimin really got same taste. Hehe. She was the one who went to J8 with me to support Xiao Zhu aka Luo Zhi Xiang.
Anyway back to the MVs, they're so nice! Esp Tank's Zuan Shu Tian Shi. A+++. MUZ watch if you haven. Hehe.
Despite my bad flu and cough today, Elvina gave me something that's gonna boost my energy to the max for tonite. Guess wat?????

I finally took up my badminton racket once again..
Hoho, Monday was a fantastic day for me. Family-cum-sports day for me and jw's family. It feels good to be able to see the sun on Monday morning, without having to dash to catch the bus or mrt. Hehe. I luv annual leave.
Aniwae, having the debate of going swimming or playing badminton, jw and I decided to take the easy way out and catch a game of badminton @ Hougang Sports Hall. But well, the best thing is, his parents and xuanxuan (she's only 2 years old u noe) are gonna join us!! Ain't that amazing? His parents have not played badminton for over a decade, so it's really quite fascinating to see them dressed up in sports gear with their right hand holding the racket. Way cool!!~ There was a lot of laughter on court, despite the fact that we have to keep an eye on the ever energetic xuanxuan, who kept running into other pple's courts and insisted that she wans a REAL racket instead of the toy one that we bought for her. Kids are darn smart nowadays. Luckily we had foresight and brought along 5 rackets instead of 4. =)
In the afternn, jw and I went to PS for a walk. We played arcade and got conned of six bucks trying to win that cheaterbug Playstation Portable. You noe, those machines whereby the lever moves up and down and once pass +5 the prize will drop. But I reckon it's formulated such that you would always kanna a negative no. and then be tempted to try again and again and again cos it's so near yet so far. (-_-''') Oh well, but we saw a man, presumably rich one, who spent tonnes of money on the catch dolls machines and won a Stitch and gigantic Doraemon. Reminds me of the time when we were in Taiwan, also trying our best to use tens of dollars to catch the teeny weeny 50 cents toy.
We also ate KFC!! Do you noe that I luv KFC?? Haha. Hmmm. Yummy yummy. Cos I love fried chicken. Keke. But too bad jw doesn't like non Chinese food and my fast food eating habits have cut down alot compared to the younger days. (oh man, which reminds me I'm gonna be 1/4 century old next yr).Thinking that my day has been sweet and eventful? That's not yet though. =) After we finished our Carrefour shopping in PS, we headed down to Textile Centre at Beach Rd to meet his parents, xuanxuan, and bro and sis-in-law. Well well, what's there to do at Textile Centre rite.. Hehe.. Surprise surprise, they actually have quite cheap bowling facilities there!!!~ So all of us went to bowl together, except for Shanmei coz her delivery date is next month lor. Junwei said she herself can roll up and become a big big ball. So farnie!!
Goodness, it's either I'm really lousy at bowling or jw's family is quite a pro at this. All of them can easily hit over 100pts, or 150pts for the guys, whereas my first game was only 68. No spare no strike no turkey. *faintz* Even auntie did quite well even though she doesn't run, but merely walks to the start of the lane and releases the ball. Kaoz. I tried different weights ball, but figured out the reason lies in me, not the balls. Wahaha. Jw said my throws got a natural curl though, so keeps gg to the side. But well, my 2nd game I had 3 spares!!~ Hehe. Even though total score still 83 only, but not bad lar. Considering I bowl like once in a few years. Hehe. Was really happy though. Could see all the smiles on their faces and everyone was enjoying to the max. =) Even little xuanxuan, who will always give you a mini hi-five when you finished your turn. Ke ai. The nite ended with dinner at Golden Mile, my mummy's fav steamboat place. Warm, tasty, nice, comfortable. What more can I ask for.. =) Oh and so qiao seated at the table next to us were Patricia Mok, Vivian Lai and their producers I guess. I tot mo xiaoling looked so much nicer in person. =)
That's it for my Monday. I reached home as a happy and contented gal with an aching arm. Keke. & what's next... Of cos it's to watch my Hana Kimi again.. Lalala..

Of coz lar, after watching half of it I understand why so many gals luvvvvv the show lor.. Coz got the prince lookalike Wu Zun and the super cool Jiro Wang.. I like Ella alot too!~ Very style.. Diana said she don't like the show cos she only like to see handsome guys + beautiful gals together (aka jun nan mei nu), but Hana only got jun nan no mei nu so she never watch. Keke. That's a funny logic.. I think Ella is quite adorable though.. =)
Back to the show, hmmm, I wonder if I'll ever be able to be like Ella and do sooo much for the person that I love, even to the extent of forsaking my own well-being. I must admit I think I'm a rather self-centered and selfish gal, even if you don't see it, I know I am. Probably jw noes it too. Wahaha. But well, I always think it doesn't matter if you're right or wrong, but whether you realise if you're right or wrong. & if you realise it, how are you going to make a difference?
Till the next time, I'll post more stuff here. Gonna watch Hana episode 7 now. Yeah I'm slow. To all Hana fans, way to go!~ Haha. (Ps: That includes Binny, Linlin, Renee, Mitch, Huimin & so many more)

Think it's been about 6-7 years since I last had short hair, which was back in secondary school days in AHS. Hehe. Those were the days where all the gals had to carry the hair above the collar or suffer the fate of having your hair cut by the discipline mistresses. I even had boy cut during those days, with Huimin. Damn funny lar.
My hairstylist said some gals go to salons then dun bear to cut their hair, end up trimmed by 1-2cm. Hehe. But I agree with him that hair is just hair and it'll grow, so this time round I'm going for a change. =)

Woohoo, been watching several movies lately, & found a few good ones that I really like.. Thanks to the complimentary tix and movie premieres/galas, I only had to pay for one movie "The Pursuit of Happyness" which is the one show I really wanted to watch.
So from the pics, you should know which are the movies me and jw watched. Yeah, he went with me to watch every one of them. The lucky couple. & now, I shall share with you about how I like the movies. =)
Best Story: The Pursuit of Happyness
Best Movie Effects: Ghost Rider - I like the flames
Best Actor: Hugh Grant (Music & Lyrics) - He just gets better with age /Will Smith (The Pursuit of Happyness) - He's always one of my fav actors/ Orlando Jones (Primeval) - This guy really tickles my funny bone
Best Actress: Zhang Jing Chu (Protege) - I think she acted impressively well in this show as the poor drug addict mum with her little girl
Best Local Movie: Just Follow Law - I really like Fann in this show. She's going all out to show how she can really act, as a guy somemore. Luv the way she struts her stuff. No doubt the way the show depicts the government sector and SG politics feel so scarily real too.
Best Theme Song: Way Back Into Love (Music & Lyrics) - None can beat this. It's really good!!~ Pls go & listen to it. I also love "Pop" and "Don't write me off just yet". Hugh Grant not only acts but sings (and pops) well.

4) Protege (The cast is good, but the story could be better right?)

6) Primeval (Yeah, we like the black guy Orlando Jones, but that's the best part of the show)
Haha. Alrite. I shall know the answer when jw comes back from sailing on Friday. =) Till then, I'll not be watching anymore shows. But before that, if you haven watched this clip from Music & Lyrics, come watch it now. It's really touching, if you can hear the lyrics.
