We'll be going to London on Friday for the weekend!!
It's gonna be my first trip there and I'm definitely looking forward to it. Hee. We'll be meeting up with a few of jw's friends there, hope we'll all have fun eating, chatting and sightseeing!!
But well, you know what, the main highlight will be Baby Angel going on her first flight. Wow. I think I first took a plane when I was a already a big kid, or was it teenager. Hmmmm. But she's taking her first at the age of 5 months. Woohoo. So xing fu! Keke. Hope she'll enjoy london too, though she probably won't remember a thing next time. But fret not, Mummy will help you take lotsa lotsa pics and vids!! Wahaha.

It's our 2nd wedding anniversary today. Wow. Yeah. Time flies!
I can honestly and vividly still remember those days when I was planning and preparing for L'amour Voyage, our beach themed ROM at Aloha Changi Resort. I can still see the origami cranes, seagulls, the test tubes favours, our cartoon caricature, the decorated walls with all our overseas photos, the ocean like flowy ceremony table, my beach dress, jw's shirt and berms, the flower petals, the coconut husks, our banner, the seashells, the glass bottles filled with lucky stars, the colourful pebbles etc etc. I can still hear the song "From this moment" when I close my eyes. I can still feel almost everything that I felt on that very special occasion when I became somebody else's other half. It's all still so fresh in my mind...
Maybe because that was one of the most important days of my life. And boy did I spent lotsa time, effort and sweat in it, so it will definitely be etched deeply in my mind for as long as I have memories. They say girls have better memories than guys, don't they? I think it's really true. Or maybe it's just cos' girls are more sentimental. =) And, emotional.
Anyway, today is just like any other day for us. No special meals, no special events, no special whatsoever. Oh, but I did give jw two prezzies. One was the Football Manager 2010 PC game that he wanted, and the other was a customized Liverpool black jersey with his name and favourite number. Well, I gave him the game few weeks ago out of excitement (which he really loved!!), and he stumbled upon the second prezzie when he opened my closet. Boo. So no more surprise for him today. Waha.
But well, I did paste some hearts on the wall and we took some photos with our little princess before dinner just now. Hee. She's like our 爱的结晶, and having her in the photoshoot makes this day seem especially special. Hee. Happy 2nd Anniversary, dear!!
By the way, our shirts are supposed to read L-O-V-E. Waha. But the words were covered by our darling baby. It was our prezzie from a friend during our ROM two years ago. =) We wore them on this day last year and we are wearing them again today. Glad they still fit. Haha. Well well, my baby is sleeping in her playpen now while my darling hubby who has a headache is already in bed liaoz. Guess I'm gonna join them and put a sleepy end to this special day. Keke. Tata!!

Babies really change fast, don't they? It's not so apparent when we look at her, since we look at her everyday, but well, when we look at her photos, she has really grown. Hee.
I kind of love to pinch, touch, kiss and rub her chubby cheeks now. =p kawaii ne. And well, her double chin has become more obvious too! Hee. Hmmm, double chins make adults look fat but somehow make babies look adorable. Keke.
Anyway Angel's hair is getting long, though she's been dropping lotsa hair too (like me!! well, not as bad as mine though). I took out some hair clips and wondered how she will look in them. Hee.
It's quite funny, haha, cos her hair is still standing up but I tried to flatten it with the clips. Don't get me wrong, I actually love her natural hairstyle! But I was just trying out and see how she will look. Keke. End up those hair not bounded by the clips still stood up and made her look funky and funny. =p Hee. Well, Angel daddy told me not to clip her hair, guess he still loves her funky beckham hairstyle too.
Right, so we believe natural is beauty. Keke. So long as she's happy and healthy, that's all we wanna know. Btw she had her second jab on Friday, and amazingly she only cried for a few seconds and was fine and smiling at the nurse thereafter. Makes mummy a proud mummy. Hugs chubby baby!!!

I've done a few videos for ourselves and for baby angel, this is one of my favourites so far. =) Hee. Yeah I love this song by S.H.E., you can tell right, since I used it on my blog too. Waha. Love the sweet lyrics and find them very meaningful to sing to that someone who means alot to you in your life.
Well well, I'm not a pro movie maker, but thanks for supporting and viewing my stuff here. I think it's becoming my hobby already. Haha. But all I hope is to remember all these happy times and reminisce them in later years, feeling the bliss, the joy, the hope and the warmth no matter where we go or how old we become. And of course, hope that baby angel will bring a smile onto your face too when you look at her videos. Hee.

It was a really bright and sunny day yesterday. After the long winter, I guess the sun was something to welcome and to rejoice about. But I must say it was really very sunny! Perhaps too sunny for Angel, because everytime the sun shone into her stroller, she would turn away. She probably caught around half an hour of the strong sun when we were out, and that is probably not so good for a baby so young right? waha. Sorry baby!! Mummy tried to shield you from the sun already!!
That said, we met jae and baby jovan together with aizhen and anders for a simple picnic yesterday. Three mummies plus three babies. Waha. Quite interesting. =) We found a nice quiet spot at Lango beach and spent a couple of hours there. Hee. Just munching, drinking, chatting, and well, taking care of the little ones.
Check out Angel's new Zara strawberry hat! Hee. I love it! Hope it helps to shield the strong sun somehow! Right. Angel's crying for Mummy now. Gotta run!! Till the next update yeah!!

Here are the highlights of our Easter trip. Not bad, I did it in 4 days! Waha.
Despite hearing several reviews that Oslo was boring, I guess we still had a happy, peaceful and enjoyable time just relaxing and doing simple things in this capital of Norway. Perhaps it's all a matter of perspective, and what matters most is the company you are with more than the place you are in. It was Angel's first overseas trip and thus definitely a memorable one.
Looking forward to more happy holidays with my happy family!

I've always felt that birthday is a very special day in everybody's life. It's a day to be thankful for who you are, a day to appreciate what you have, a day to enjoy happiness with your beloved ones and be grateful that you have them.
In the past, I used to think that bdays need big celebration. Be it going KTV, clubbing, BBQs, or some expensive dinner, there would be something I wanna do on this special day. But, in this couple of years, I've had simple bday celebrations, and it really strikes me as to how the simple things in life can yet be the happiest.
My 27th birthday was spent with my two most loved people in the world, my dearest hubby and darling baby.
We had a really simple lunch, and I had a normal day as usual with baby at home. I didn't feel like a VVIP, but I did feel happy. =) And at night, jw came home early, armed with a cake in hand. Yay, I have a bday cake!! It was a yummy banana cake, and what melted my heart most was the family of pigs figurines. Keke. Yeah I was born in the year of pig. But how cute was it to have a mummy pig, daddy pig, and baby pig on top of my cake. Hee. Love it!!
And I finally baked the pandan egg tarts that I wanted to few weeks ago. Hee. Jw helped me with the moulding, so you could say we did the tarts together!!
We sort of ate leftovers for our dinner, haha, but still, it was a happy nite. My mum in law told me that my lunar bday was 1 day after, so I should eat mee sua or meatballs, hee, so I did using the leftover soup from the afternoon. =p
Then, after dinner, it was time for the cake!! Happy birthday mummy, happy birthday to me!! I wonder when Angel will be able to join daddy in singing the song for me, hee. Jw went solo tonight in the song singing, but still made me very touched lar. Hee. Anyway, there was only 1 candle on the cake but it took me 3 tries to blow it out. Lousy! Waha.

And you know what, it must have been long since I've had a cake, becos' I actually forgot to make a wish!!!! Arggghhhh. So we relit the candle, keke, just so I could have my bday wish and have a 4th attempt at the candle.
Thanks dear, for this sweet and happy bday you gave me.
And to baby, it was the first time you celebrated mummy's bday. It was special because of you. Looking forward to many more mummy's, daddy's and baby's bdays!!!

We had a really quick photoshoot before we went out to pick Huimin on the Sunday she arrived. But well, as always, these are still some memorable moments for us to remember.
So, yeah, our theme this time round was no surprisingly, EASTER!
I specially bought a tiny egg for Angel, keke. Guess she was rather fascinated by it. She looked really cute in her sleeveless colourful dress, winning the best dressed and most matching the Easter theme award!! ! Jw and I had no rainbow or colourful shirts, so we just tried to be 'bright'. In fact, jw was luminous!! Haha.
We had a really simple, peaceful and happy Easter in Oslo, Norway. It was Angel's first overseas trip!! I guess I'm going to miss this simplicity of the life we have now when we head back to sg, so I'm really cherishing all these road trips we spent together, as a family. Right, now I gotta upload our pics. It's gonna take me awhile with baby around, but stay tuned! Till the next update!!

I like the feeling of holding Angel's tiny hand, just feeling her little fingers grasping me and holding me tight. It's such a wonder to think that my hand was once that small too.Now that she's growing fast, I can see and feel her hand getting bigger and stronger too. So, well, just for memory keeping, I did a little handprint for her. It'll be nice if we could keep this for her to look back on years down her life, remembering the times when she was a tiny little baby. =p
Check out her new head band given by huimin gan ma, who has gone back to sg in the blink of an eye. It sure was nice to have her around, visiting the museum, eating ice cream in the cold weather, doing supermarketing, feeding swan and ducks, cooking together, playing wii fit and watching variety shows, and just catching up on each other's life.
