Lovely was the first word that popped up in my mind when the midwife asked me to use one or two words to describe Angel.

But well, she asked me the same question thrice, hmmmm. So I also used 'adorable' and 'precious darling' too. I asked jw the same question, he said his answer will be 'she's my angel'. =) hee. well. bit duh but very sweet lar. keke.

Thanks to all the yiyis and uncles who gave Angel her first collection of ang pows this year. I finally really feel like a mum, distributing and packing ang pows for all the little children (well, and some bigger but still single children). It's our first Chinese New Year spent as a family of three. I had fun gathering with friends, eating, playing mj & poker, listening to cny songs, and basically just enjoy the festive mood as much as possible.

Check out Angel's ice cream! Hee. I think it's so kawaii, that's why bought it in Kiddy Palace last time. At last, it's put to use!! Yum yum.. She's eating her hands and licking our shirts so much which was why I decided to give her smtg to munch on. Hee. My niece had cookies, and she has ice cream!

And our dear baby had her first jab yesterday. To be more precise, she had two jabs, one in each thigh. For Hep B and 6 other diseases. She was brave, I tot. The midwife praised her too (she probably does to every baby, right). Angel only cried when the needle was injected in her flesh, but cos' I was holding and coaxing her, she calmed down real quick. Likewise on both jabs. Well. It really pains a mummy's heart to see her baby in pain, I guess. Anyway, we were lucky that she didn't get fever (she was a teeny hot at night but we didn't give her medicine and she was fine this morning). She also didn't get cranky in the evening or night yesterday, no more than her usual self, keke. I sure hope she survives all her jabs well!! Jia you bao bao, mummy and daddy are here to cheer for you every step of the way!

So, three cheers for my lovely one who's sleeping peacefully in my arms now. I love you!! Looking forward to our next road trip during Easter, as well as to her godma's (who is my jie mei and best buddy) visit in March!!! Yippie yeah!!
