Yeah yeah I'm back! Time to jot down more thoughts about my winter hols before the memories start to fade. First up, Sälen!!

Though I fell several times on my first day, I think that I did good on the second and third day. Hee. No more falls at all, and amazingly I managed to learn to do the S, learnt to brake and learnt to be in control of my skis. I didn't even use the sticks after I could control except to push me off at the beginning. Wahaha. So proud of myself *pat pat*. Keke. Maybe the sportsman in me hasn't died after all though I haven't been exercising for ages. Anyway, the thing is, I actually wanna go skiing again next time and try out harder slopes cos' I didn't had the chance to this time round! Ambitious harrr. But yeah, that's the way it should be, shouldn't it?

Besides swimming, we also played bowling and virtually all the arcade games there. Haha. We were the only family who really went to play arcade every night and Angel was the only kid who went to the bowling alley. The rest were probably in their rooms preparing for bed. Dunno ley, but we kinda like to bring Angel around with us everywhere we go. I don't think we should change our way of living and our habits/interests in order to accommodate her, rather, she should fit into our lifestyles as our baby. Right? Of cos, we dun stay out till 3-4am and go clubbing every weekend like last time. But still, going arcade, playing games, trying out new things and staying awake till midnight is okie for her, in our opinion. It's not like we do it everyday too. We're on holiday!! So, chill and relaxxx! =)

It was also my first time going to a McSki. How cool. Instead of drive through, there is instead a SKI through. Keke. I love McDonalds! So does Angel!!

A most important highlight of the trip is of cos the dog sleigh experience. Probably a once in a lifetime kind of opportunity. I'm really glad we did it though despite the freezing cold, strong winds and splattering snow. The view was spectacular. And the dogs were amazingly obedient. Jw had a tough time being the 'driver' of our sleigh but I believe it was a golden and memorable opportunity and experience for him too, right? The other day I re-watched 'Eight and Below' which was showing on tv, you know, the show about the huskies who were trapped and had to survive on their own for months. It was then I felt more and was more touched than the first time I watched. You know, how weird that all these feelings change after you've really been through the experience and understand more about the characters in the show.

So, that's about it for our basically 3 full day stay in Sälen. A fun-filled and true winter experience. Great great great memories. =) Till the next x'mas hols! Happy holidays!
