I remember 5 years ago, during my first year in uni, junwei and I were still not together as a couple, yet. =) It was in june, and we made a special trip back to hall to celebrate Muthu's bday for him. His 25th bdae. Junwei was still driving his red Honda, and he actually picked me up from my house. Haha. One of the first few occasions bah. I forgot whether I was already in love with him liaoz, or was it just a passing crush.

ANYWAY, the point is that we went to 7-11 to buy a sandwich (as a cake) for Muthu cos there were no other stores open. Haha. Somehow I think we managed to get a candle. & we sang bdae song for him! He said it was one of the best celebration he ever had. Haha. Of cos, I think we had some drinks too. In blk 33. =) Muthu commented that he had reached the quarter century mark! Wahaha. I thought it was a feat. Cos it still felt so far away to me. I just reached 20 at that time.

But look, in 3 days time, I would be at where he was. Quarter century old. What have I achieved in these 5 years, I wonder? Yeah, I graduated, I have a job, I travelled, I shifted back from hall to home, I managed to hang onto my relationship with jw for over 4 years. Oh. & how can I forget. I got engaged!! on Eiffel!! Haha. Probably my best achievement so far. =p

How amazing time flies. How scary, actually. Soon, I'll be 30, then 40, and then hit the half century mark! Haha. It's precisely why I keep telling myself I need to cherish whatever time left I have in my life. You never do know what's going to happen tmr, do you? All we can do is treasure today.
