If you know me well, you will know that I like Chinese. Since young, I love participating in Chinese essay compeititions, and my essays will always revolve around my mum. Somehow, the sadder my story, the higher my chances of winning an award. Waha. Mummy used to chide me for writing such stories. Well well.
Was looking through my past works, & juz have a sudden urge to write something in chinese, be it a song, a poem or juz a story. Hehe. Will I still be able to write like how I used to? I dunnoe. But being a chinese teacher has helped me keep in touch wif alot of words that I might have otherwise forgotten how to write. Keke.
Here is something I wrote for LC113 Creative Writing in Chinese back in 2004 Feb 24 in NTU. Wah kaoz. Counting back, that is like more than 3 years back. *shudders* Sometimes time flies too fast for my liking. I wish it has smaller wings and flap slower.
Cheezy?? Wahaha. That's how I write. Sad things. Easier to think of analogies, easier to evoke my emotions. But hor, life is happy right? K k. Next time I will write something that's full of joy and see how it turns out. Bet it will just be as cheezy. =)
Nitey!!
